I am seeing a security error when trying to download an article or ebook. What should I do?

If you are trying to download something from one of our resources, you may run into security issues. If that occurs, try using a private browser. To do this in Chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner and select "New incognito window." In Firefox, click on the stack of 3 lines in the upper right hand corner and select "New private window." In Safari on a Mac, choose "File" and then "New Private Window." If you are using Safari on an iPad, tap on the two squares in the upper right corner, then tap on the word "private,"  and then tap on the plus sign.
