How do I request a print refund?

To find the instructions:

  1. IT homepage
  2. On the left hand side select Getting Help from IT
  3. Scroll down and under Self Help, click the link located within the text
  4. On the left hand side select Printing and Copying
  5. Scroll down and select the link for How to Request a Print Refund
  6. This will take you here:
  7. A printed copy of these instructions are at the Circulation Desk in the event an LC/IT student or Reference librarian are unavailable to assist you.

To submit the request:

  1. Log into MySOU
  2. Click the Student SISWeb tab
  3. In the lower right hand box click the link for Papercut (Printing Charges)
  4. You will be directed to login using your SOU credentials
  5. Once logged in, on the left hand side, click on Recent Print Jobs
  6. Find the print job and click the link for Request Refund
